Glenys is one of the two founder Directors of Blake Stevenson. Prior to this she worked as a consultant on a range of community regeneration and employment issues. She has experience of working in community relations, on issues of employment and education, and of working in areas of social disadvantage.

Glenys has particular expertise in undertaking strategic reviews and helping organisations plan for the future. She is a highly experienced facilitator and has worked with many organisations and communities to help develop forward strategies. She is a skilled project manager and has managed complex multi-country action research programmes as well as one off evaluations. Glenys’ main areas of specialist knowledge are regeneration, lifelong learning and health. She has undertaken work across the UK and in several countries in Europe and Africa.
