Norma Hurley, MA, MSc, CMICPD, FRSA

Norma Hurley is one of the company’s two founding Directors. Norma’s background is in adult learning and community development, including a spell in FE lecturing on trade union studies and equalities issues, and working as a researcher for Strathclyde University.

Norma has particular experience and interest in strategic planning and reviews, facilitating partnership working, innovative approaches to measuring performance, and linking policy development to evidence based research. Her areas of subject expertise include community planning, equalities, criminal and youth justice, and skills development and employability.
