Ian Clark is an Associate Director of Blake Stevenson.  He is a social inclusion and regeneration specialist who has worked in consultancy since 2000.  He started his career in local government in the north east of England where he worked in research, regeneration and economic development. 

Ian has strong project management skills and has led a wide range of studies including programme and project evaluations, strategy development, organisational reviews, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, baseline studies, feasibility studies, community consultation, funding advice and business planning.  He has an excellent understanding of social inclusion and regeneration issues and within this broad sphere he has particular strengths in employability and addiction.
