Ian Christie, BA (Hons) Ian has worked on a range of research studies with Blake Stevenson. In particular, he has worked extensively in the fields of problematic substance use, healthy eating, physical activity, antisocial behaviour, equalities, and issues affecting older people. He has carried out interviews, focus groups, and online, postal and street surveys with a variety of groups including young people, older people, people with disabilities, and people with substance use or mental health problems. He has worked for a variety of clients including NHS Health Scotland, the Scottish Government, the RNIB, the Big Lottery Fund, Comic Relief, NHS Education for Scotland, the Improvement Partnership for North East Local Government, and various local authorities across Scotland. His work includes evaluations, mapping and scoping studies, workforce development studies, statistical analysis and exploratory research. Prior to joining the company, Ian completed a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing at the University of Strathclyde, where his dissertation analysed consumers' attitudes to alcohol consumption. |
