Dorothy has worked with the company since its inception in 1992. 

She provides co-ordination of administrative support for the company and is responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of our growing business.

Dorothy’s role is to assist the consultancy team with company processes and procedures including IT support, financial administration, human resources and administration of the organisation, whilst also fulfilling project support when required by arranging interviews and focus groups.  She also undertakes organisation of company conferences, events and recruitment.
