Alasdair Stuart, MA, MSc
Alasdair is a skilled researcher with strong analytical skills and a wide range of research experience. At Blake Stevenson he has worked on projects covering areas such as race and citizenship, community engagement and regeneration, community learning and development, children and young people, health and social care, equalities and employability.
Alasdair has worked for a variety of clients, including the Scottish Government, Consumer Focus Scotland, NHS Health Scotland and a range of local authorities across Scotland.
He has extensive experience of using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including literature reviews and policy analysis, designing and analyzing surveys, conducting interviews and focus groups, mapping services, conducting evaluations and developing detailed case studies.
He is also used to working with vulnerable groups such as children and young people and people with disabilities. Prior to joining Blake Stevenson Alasdair completed a degree in Sociology and an MSc in Political Communication, and worked as a researcher and campaigner for the Electoral Reform Society, and and as a research co-ordinator for a nation-wide student survey. |
